Irmo Property Solutions LLC is owned by Donald M. Shearer, a property owner in Irmo and Chapin, S.C. Originally from Anderson, S.C., attended Irmo High School and Midlands Technical College. Don has seven years’ experience in property management and can provide a knowledgeable and professional property management experience. He is licensed through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
